Runway to the Game was founded by Jocelyn Warman and Seldon Jefferson, two visionary leaders united by a shared passion: creating real pathways for young talent to rise. What began as an effort to help athletes from underserved communities earn college scholarships has grown into a movement that connects sports, fashion, and opportunity. Through mentorship, exposure, and hands-on experiences, we help athletes and fashion students gain the visibility and confidence needed to pursue higher education and build lasting careers. Jocelyn Warman champions fashion students, opening doors to internships, production experiences, and career access across major U.S. and global fashion markets. Seldon Jefferson focuses on empowering athletes—helping them showcase their skills to college scouts and universities while preparing them for success on and off the court. Together, they are building a bridge between athletic ambition, creative expression, and education—proving that with access and opportunity, talent can truly change the game.

  • Jocelyn Warman, Founder

    Jocelyn Warman boasts an impressive background in fashion, having obtained a degree in Fashion Design from West Virginia University (WVU) and further honing her skills at the renowned American Intercontinental University in London. With invaluable experience garnered from working with renowned fashion houses such as Zac Posen, Cushnie et Ochs, and as Chief Operating Officer at Christian Siriano in New York, Warman brings a wealth of expertise, strategic vision and creativity to our team.

  • Seldon Jefferson, Co-Founder

    Seldon Jefferson excelled as a collegiate athlete at WVU while achieving a Master's Degree in Education, and was honored for surpassing 1,000 career points in college basketball. His journey took him on a path of professional basketball, playing in Greece, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. Today, Jefferson channels his passion for shaping young lives as a High School Attendance Teacher for the New York Department of Education, as well as a Basketball and Football coach in Brooklyn. His dedication to empowering young athletes and providing them with equal opportunities is unmatched.
