ABOUT US
Runway to the Game was conceived by two visionary individuals who are driven by a shared passion: to create pathways for high school athletes to secure athletic scholarships and pursue higher education.
Our founders, Jocelyn Warman and Seldon Jefferson, are driven to generate funds that directly support talented young athletes, enabling them to gain the much-needed exposure to capture the attention of college scouts and pave the way for a brighter future. Additionally, the foundation's vision extends to the fashion industry, where we aim to provide financial support for fashion students, opening doors to invaluable experiences in New York and increasing their chances of landing rewarding careers upon graduation.
Warman and Jefferson are acutely aware of the limited opportunities available to students from lower socio-economic backgrounds, both in high school and college. While Warman strives to bring life-changing opportunities to college students through valuable internships in New York, fostering their chances of securing coveted positions in the fashion industry, Jefferson is dedicated to propelling high school athletes towards a college education, nurturing their athletic talents while paving a way towards higher learning.
